What You'll Learn

This course supports the training and capability building of learners with relevant, current and in-demand soft skills in CCS - Interacting with Others - Collaboration. Learners will acquire the knowledge and abilities to manage relationships and work collaboratively and effectively with others to achieve goals. Specifically, this course is pitched at the Basic level with the aim to help learners contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling own responsibilities, managing interpersonal relationships and providing support to others to achieve goals.

Entry Requirements

Learners are assumed to:
1. They are computer literate and may continue with remote working beyond the Covid-19 situation as a form of flexible working arrangement. Dual delivery mode (i.e. synchronous in-person and virtual) is therefore necessary to empower them in their learning and skills development (technological factor).
2. Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3
