What You'll Learn
This course supports the training and capability building of learners with relevant, current and in-demand soft skills in the CCS - Interacting with Others - Developing People. Learners will acquire the knowledge and abilities to empower others to learn and develop their capabilities to enhance their performance and achieve personal or professional goals. Specifically, this course is pitched at the Intermediate level with the aim to help learners develop and coach team members to identify and leverage their strengths to enhance performance.
Entry Requirements
Learners are assumed to be:
i) Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
ii) Team or Project Leads with direct reportees
iii) Computer Literate
