About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Retail Sector.
On completion the learners are able to acquire the abilities and knowledge to effectively close sale of products & services, on the Point-of-Sale (POS) Equipment to the satisfaction of customers, complete customer order forms, invoices and receipts and process any loyalty card transactions.
What You'll Learn
This course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to operate Point Of Sales Terminals in your work place efficiently. Understand the POS system and to provide customers with accurate and excellent services. Perform numerical calculations and execute selling strategies to complete sales of products and services to the satisfaction of customers.
Entry Requirements
Learners are required to:
• Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 1.
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 1.
- Learners must be above 21 years old.
