What You'll Learn

This 24-hour course will equip you with the competencies to prepare various types of Chinese Dim sum dishes as a professional chef in a Chinese restaurant or as individuals to be able to cook Dim sum dishes in a home environment. During the training, you will acquire knowledge and skills related to the tools, equipment, ingredients and techniques involved in preparing different types of Chinese Dim Sum.
