PWM-Food Services: Food Safety Course Level 1 (Refresher - AOP) (Chinese)
About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Food Services Sector.
Equip food handlers of both retail and non-retail food establishments with the knowledge and skills to follow food safety and hygiene procedures and policies, as well as maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of premises.
All food handlers are required to attend and pass their first refresher training by the fifth year from the date of first passing Food Safety Course Level 1 (FSC L1), and thereafter the second and subsequent training every tenth year from the last refresher course passed date.
让零售及非零售餐饮场所的食物处理人员， 具备遵循食品安全及卫生程序与政策， 以及保持餐饮场所的干净与整洁的知识与应用技能。
食品处理人员需在通过食品安全课程1级之后的五年内需修读复习课程，然后在通过复习课程之后的每十年修读一次复习课程。

Entry Requirements
- 21 years and above.
- Speak, listen and read Chinese at Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3, and manipulate numbers at Workplace Numeracy (WPL) Level 3.
- Never attended school.
- Attended and passed FSC L1 within the last five years (from the date of first passing FSC L1).
