About This Course

4) Demonstrate compliance to the legal requirements and organisational procedures in providing service to customers
What You'll Learn
To equip food and beverage service providers, food kiosk operators, mobile food operators, front of house staff to be competent in providing counter and take-away services in accordance with the legislation requirements and organisational procedures.
