LO3. Explain and demonstrate the process of perfecting la mien dishes
What You'll Learn
This course serves to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to cook a variety of authentic La Mien dishes from scratch through moist-heat cooking methods.
Entry Requirements
• Age: Minimum 21 years old and above
• Recommended for learners to have at least Primary level with ability to understand and write basic English and/or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 4 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy
• Recommended for trainees to have at least 1 year of working experience in the food services industry
