They should also be able to create and test solutions which might be unconventional yet have the potential to be efficient and effective.
What You'll Learn
This course is about enabling learners to think of new and/or creative ways to perform their work tasks better. They do so by identifying the causes and effects of everyday work issues using simple methods and making recommendations to address said issues for better work performance.
