About This Course

This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.

The objective of this course is to provide learners on the compliance of Workplace Safety and Health practices in accordance with legislative requirements to ensure safe work practices, understand their roles and responsibility in WSH as an employee, enable them to identify unsafe work practices and unsafe work conditions, and also prepare them on how to react in case of emergencies.

What You'll Learn

Workplace Safety and Health Practices Implementation is developed to train cleaning professionals in applying WSH for the cleaning industry by providing them with occupational health and safety training. This allows them to perform cleaning services safely in accordance with workplace safety and health regulations and organisational procedures.

Entry Requirements

never attend school or no formal education
Speak, listen and read English at Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3,
and manipulate numbers at Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3
Minimum of three months of work experience in the environmental
services industry or with the interest to be employed in the industry.
