About This Course

Self insights and understanding oneself allows a leader to know themselves, their potential to their role, motivations, strengths, blind spots, thinking patterns, auto pilot behaviours and development areas before they can appreciate and support another fully. In today’s complex and volatile business landscape, leadership calls for more than just the ability to respond to external forces and to develop one’s employees. Developing and cultivating self-awareness, inward clarity, emotional and social intelligence enables one to be effective in outward actions as leaders and coaches.
