About This Course
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Apply self-awareness concepts when interacting with others.
- Identify characteristics of diversity and bias when interacting with diverse groups within the organisation.
- Apply fair employment practices in accordance with the organisation's inclusion policies and practices.
What You'll Learn
This programme has been designed to help supervisory staff upskill and increase knowledge with tools and techniques to understand the interests of diverse groups and build an inclusive work environment by demonstrating sensitivity to the differences in diversity dimensions and perspectives.
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 1 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
