The objectives of the Specialist Diploma in EdTech Design with AI are to:
• Support the development of digital and AI‑enabled capabilities within the Training & Adult Education and Education sectors
• Promote effective adoption of technology‑enabled and immersive learning approaches aligned with industry and national frameworks
• Upskill and reskill professionals in learning design, instructional design, EdTech, and adjacent creative and media roles
• Provide a clear skills development and career progression pathway for learning designers, learning technologists, and EdTech specialists
Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements (MER) are relevant local diploma or degree in any discipline.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
