What You'll Learn
Are you familiar with the go-to-market strategy? It is an action plan used to launch products and services into the market.
Introducing a new product or service is a major venture which requires significant investment. Despite the need to spend a large sum of money, time, and resources to develop new offerings, companies often fail to consider the market landscape, competition, and target audience. As a result, companies may find themselves committing costly mistakes such as introducing a service into a saturated market or developing a product that is neither needed nor wanted by the target audience.
goGTM (Go-To-Market Strategy) will be conducted in two phases:
• Phase 1: In the first three days, you will undergo training to learn about: 1) Market Sensing for Demand Generation; 2) Competitor Analysis and Landscape; 3) Competitive Brand and Product Positioning; and 4) Product Launch and Market Activation Plan.
• Phase 2: Over three half-days, you will get to participate in consultancy work. A consultant advisor will guide you in the planning of your business strategy and advise you on the steps needed to execute them.
