What You'll Learn

This PDC equips participants with the strategies to design and implement effective programmes and activities that enhance students’ learning and character development. They also learn to develop supervisory skills to manage a centre that provides student-related services, from engaging with parents and other stakeholders, to mentoring and coaching staff, and identifying ways to improve processes and operations at the centre.

• A local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree with at least 1-year relevant working experience
• State-recognized University Degree in any discipline where the medium of instruction is English and with at least 1-year relevant working experience.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
