About This Course
A performance management framework is an essential pillar to manage the human capital within an organisation. This programme aims to equip you to manage performance using the framework. Entry Requirements
• Clinic managers/team leaders
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in healthcare
• Recommended minimum English proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy Level 5
