About This Course
A candidate who completed this module will be able to perform
1. Assess, test and estimate the impact of individual, social and lifestyle influences on consumer behaviour for a given product and/or service
2. Draw inferences pertaining to customer behaviour based on research outcomes
What You'll Learn
Content Coverage:
1) observe customer behaviors, interest, likes, scrolling, attention, purchasing, lifestyle and loyalty and not focus on whether he or she buys
2) interpret data models to better understand customers
3) comprehend evolution of customers amidst current situation (such as pandemic)
Entry Requirements
1. For Singaporean and PR candidates
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level
2. For International candidates
IELTS score 4.5 or TOEFL score 450 AND
High School Diploma equivalent to GCE ‘N’ Levels with minimum grade C6 for 3 subjects, including English and Mathematics
3. ALL Students are required to have basic computing skills - i.e. able to turn on the laptop, use the mouse, drag and drop files, use online search engines for research; and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
