About This Course
There’s nothing quite as rewarding or as satisfying as winning – with your team. What makes a successful team? This course is built on the understanding that the underlying value of teamwork and the impact of effective teamwork on key indicators of organisational success, including employee development, morale, communication, and collaboration.
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Understand the value that teamwork brings to an organisation
- Identify the characteristics of a good team player and successful teams
- Recognise strengths of individual teammates through self-discovery, teamwork disciplines, and growth plans
- Demonstrate ways to overcome common barriers to teamwork and build a team that wants to work together to achieve established goals
What You'll Learn
“Grit Leadership” series is targeted at management level staff of organisation to develop essential leadership skills to be able to lead with mental toughness, perseverance, and character. This series provides them with the knowledge and ability to develop self-awareness and develop teams imbued with GRIT mentality and to be able to work in synergy.
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
- Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
- Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
- Have more than 1 years or more of work experience; and
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
