What You'll Learn
This course is to equip learners with deeper knowledge of communication and voice techniques such as using various voice registers to deliver a convincing and confident presentation. Learners will learn how to choose the right vocal presentation according to target audiences, platforms, and objectives. They will also be taught how to listen and evaluate fellow communicators effectively using diagnostic tools.
Entry Requirements
● 21 years and above
● Possess minimally secondary level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
● Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4
● Minimum 3 months of working experience
