What You'll Learn
To effectively manage multi-generational teams in the new hybrid world of work, leaders need to understand the innate needs, challenges, motivations, strengths and competencies that each generation brings to the table. It is impossible to capitalise on this brain trust when there are negative stereotypes attached to different generations or when there is a lack of appreciation and understanding of each generation’s characteristics. This course aims to help leaders better understand the dynamics of multigeneration work teams and the use of suitable HR/Reward strategies to foster closer collaboration among intergeneration work teams to realise productivity gains.
