About This Course
"This course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skill to build their capability as workplace learning facilitators. Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to:
(a) Evaluate how the workplace learning facilitator (WPLF) interaction identities impact the enactment of the WPLF professional role.
(b) Develop effective communication skills to enhance workplace learning.
(c) Evaluate how the characteristics and learning styles of different groups of workplace learners have an effect on learning and to conduct effective facilitation to meet diverse profiles of learners.
(d) Apply appropriate workplace learning interventions to achieve the intended learner outcomes."
