About This Course
To equip lorry crane operators with skills, knowledge and attitudes to operate lorry cranes safely. At the end of the course, participants will be fully proficient in lorry crane operations, especially in assessing risks and observing safety measures.

Entry Requirements
The Operate Lorry Crane Course is suitable for aspiring and experienced individuals who are required to operate a lorry crane in lifting operations. Learners are assumed to have:
Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 and above, or equivalent
Ability to read and understand manufacturer’s instructions, procedures and safety signs
Have a good sense of “situational awareness” and safety consciousness
Pre-requisites for Candidates taking up Assessment Only Pathway
Experienced Lorry Crane Operators with certificate of training issued by manufacturers or training providers, and/or
Employer’s letter to testify that the Lorry Crane Operator has at least 3 years of experience in lorry crane operations.
