Course objectives include the following:
- Understand the system thinking to generate database design that are faithful representations of the focal real-world phenomena.
- Learn the conceptual foundation of the relational model, the meaning and importance of primary keys, foreign keys, and related terminology.
- Learn the basic stages of database development. Understand the purpose and role of a data model and practice on how to create an E-R diagram from source documents.

What You'll Learn
