• Communicate effectively with employees and customers on service excellence culture
What You'll Learn
The course will equip experienced employees in the cleaning industry on the importance of cultivating service excellence when they are facing the public.
Entry Requirements
21 years of age and above who are able to speak , read or write at a level no lower than WPLN level 1 . In terms of formal education, minimally they should have a basic PSLE or equivalent. They should have at least 3 months of experience in the Environmental Services sector
