About This Course
Participants with basic knowledge and practical skills in using RPA will be able to gain more knowledge and skills to implement RPA for complex automated operations and processes in their organisation/area of work.
What You'll Learn
�Identify and conduct process mapping for internal operations/processes to be automated
�Automate extraction of multiple information from multiple files and folders
�Use string manipulation method to extract and convert information into the desired format
�Automate sending of multiple emails with customised contents and attachments
�Use screen scraping and data scrapping technique to extract information from websites or internal system to another platform, e.g. excel for further analysis and reporting
�Debug and automate exception handling of errors that occur in the midst of a RPA process

Entry Requirements
Participants must be computer literate and have intermediate/advanced knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word. Participants must preferably have completed the Singapore Polytechnic's Robotic Process Automation course or have used RPA application in simple projects
