About This Course

The Master of Science in Data Science and Machine Learning (DSML) is an interdisciplinary graduate degree programme aimed at developing future leaders in data science and artificial intelligence. It is offered by the Faculty of Science�s Department of Mathematics, in collaboration with the Department of Statistics and Data Science and the School of Computing�s Department of Computer Science.

Supported by leading researchers from NUS in the fields of data science and artificial intelligence, along with industry data scientists, the curriculum of this programme offers a comprehensive interdisciplinary education. It encompasses key areas such as computer science, mathematics and statistics, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence.

What You'll Learn

The programme is a 40-units programme consisting of five core course and five elective courses. Each course is a semester-long course, generally requiring 3 hours of lecture per week for 13 weeks.
