This Post Diploma Certificate focuses on the effective delivery of relevant health prescriptions within the community for specific groups of people. There will be engagement with industry partners for different scenarios using case documentation as part of building up their personal portfolios.

Entry Requirements
1) Applicants should possess at least a Poly diploma qualification or equivalent from a recognised institution in any of the following areas:
• Health Sciences
• Social Sciences
2) Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
