Health Coach Portfolio
About This Course
This is a practicum module that encompasses all the concepts of health coaching. Learners will need to build up a portfolio for purpose of health coaching, population health advocacy, communication in behaviour change, community health prescription and case management. At the end of the module, learners will be competent in the knowledge and skills of health coaching.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
1) Applicants should possess at least a Poly diploma qualification or equivalent from a recognised institution in any of the following areas:
• Health Sciences
• Social Sciences
2) Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
