Photography takes a human centred approach in telling narratives though pictures. It allows for the demonstration of creativity, and as a portable skills set it gives opportunities for entrepreneurship

1. Describe the purpose and content in each of the genre in photography
2. Identify the various methods to photograph the subjects in the different specialisations of photography
3. Explain the workflow of professional photographers
4. Develop skills for studio- and location-driven photo shoots in portraiture, still life and food photography
5. Demonstrate the ability to use advanced techniques with a digital camera
6. Apply effectively the tools and functions in the various image editing software to enhance and manipulate the images
