QSM201 explains the roles of the quantity surveyor in the construction process, covers the fundamental principles for construction measurement and focuses on the measurement of Civil and Structural works in projects. It equips leaners with the understanding and skills in the measurement of building works involving general site clearance and excavation, reinforced concrete works below ground, structural steelwork, piling and general external works.
