About This Course
The course focuses on small teams of less than 30 staff. It is targeted at SMEs, especially Small-Owner-Managed-Enterprises (S.O.M.E.).
In this course we will look at how to get the best out of our staff collectively, and align them with the business. The people in an organization are the roots on which business success is built on.
The course would enable participants to foster a vision buy in from the staff and how to get the best out of the staff as a team. Football will be used throughout the course as a metaphor and example.
