About This Course
The goal of this course is to provide participants with a thorough understanding and the necessary abilities to create a simplified version of a structured On-the-Job Training (S-OJT) blueprint for their workplace.
Participants will learn how to define the scope of work, implement skill development through workplace training processes, identify key factors for a successful blueprint, develop a simple OJT checklist, and assess the effectiveness of OJT within an organisation through review and evaluation.
By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to design a simplified structured OJT (S-OJT) Lite blueprint that meets the specific needs of their workplace and yet ensuring ease of development and implementation.
