What You'll Learn
This course is developed to equip the frontline staff with deeper insights and understanding of the challenges and constraints faced by persons with different disabilities and special needs. It provides the frontline staff advanced skills to anticipate the needs of these commuters proactively in different scenarios as well as effective communication to engage them.
Topics will include cultivating and fostering a service excellence mindset to make proactive efforts to provide all commuters, including persons with different disabilities and other conditions, a positive commuter journey, making them feel “care” and “included” when taking public transport.

Entry Requirements
This course is a Certificate Level 2 Programme, targeted for Frontline Staff of Public Transport Workforce, preferably with prior relevant experience as Bus Captain and Station Service Staff. Targeted learners are required to :
- Age of 21 years old and above
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 3 or equivalent for those with no formal qualification
