What You'll Learn
In the first set of IUs, learners will gain insights into consumer behavior in an omni channel world, understanding how customers interact across various channels and the impact on marketing strategies. They will then focus on building an omni channel strategy, learning to create cohesive and customer-centric approaches that provide seamless experiences throughout the customer journey. The second set of IUs delves into omni marketing tech, enabling learners to integrate innovative marketing technologies for personalized messaging, automation, and tracking across channels.
