About This Course
By the end of the program participants will be able to:
Analyse communication objectives, types of stakeholders and needs to determine communication priorities
Establish objectives of presentations and identify appropriate presentation modes to meet organisational requirements
Determine deliverables for target audience to develop presentation collaterals
Present information in a structured flow and format which is reflective of audience needs
Determine relevant information and visualisation techniques to share and convey a persuasive viewpoint
Use appropriate presentation modes to deliver appropriate messages to target audience
Evaluate communication objectives, styles, verbal and non-verbal signals to adapt communication approaches and channels
Review presentation outcomes to enhance future performance
Develop personal action plans
What You'll Learn
The course will help participants in preforming the required tasks to prepare and present information in various business settings involving preparation, understanding of audience, delivery and tailoring of messages to be conveyed as well as convey and exchange thoughts, ideas, and information effectively through various mediums and approaches.
The sessions will provide participants with the skills and resources that will enable them to conduct presentations to senior management by establishing a clear direction for what’s going to be covered and what are the desired deliverables. They will be able to establish objectives of presentations and identify appropriate presentation modes to meet organisational requirements, determine the deliverables for target audiences to develop presentation collaterals, use appropriate presentation modes to deliver appropriate messages to target audience as well as review presentation outcomes to enhance future performance.
Contact hours: 17 hours including 2 hours of Assessment and one hour of eLearning that needs to be completed before the face-to-face modules.
