What You'll Learn

This Modular Certificate focuses on three aspects - understanding channel dynamics, social media metrics, and customer relationship management to optimise their digital presence; research analytics to analyse business problem and social media behavioural insights of consumers; and management of digital content.

Entry Requirements

Any one of the following:
• Minimum of 3 ‘O’ Level passes and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• NITEC with GPA ≥ 3.5 OR GPA ≥ 3.0 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• Higher NITEC ≥ 2.0 OR GPA ≥ 1.5 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• NITEC in Services/Technology with GPA ≥ 3.5 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• Higher NITEC in Services/Technology ≥ 2.0 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• Relevant WSQ qualification with 1 year of relevant work experience and WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy SOA (Level 6), OR
• Without relevant academic qualifications with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
