About This Course
The Healthcare People and Culture Module aims to provide participants with an appreciation of the healthcare industry work norms, environment and culture, which may differ from organisations with distinct command and control structure/processes.
What You'll Learn
At the end of the 3-day module, participants will be able to:
• Better assimilate into the healthcare culture and environment through better understanding of its hierarchy, structure and people (such as the unspoken rules, finding out what’s acceptable through observations etc.)
• Build trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Acquire personal effectiveness and credibility by understanding the importance of working with the system, instead of working “on” the system
• Lead ground change management initiatives in healthcare settings
