About This Course
This course aims to create awareness of the new changes in the regulatory systems for approval and compliance in Construction and Real Estate Network X (CORENET X). This course will also train the participants in the new submission protocols and requirements for different types of building works across the Built Environment disciplines.
What You'll Learn
This course equips industry professionals in the Built Environment (BE) to be prepared for the new Regulatory Approval Process for Building Works (RABW) in the upcoming online submission portal - Construction and Real Estate Network X (CORENET X) - to be introduced by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) by end 2023. This course will explain the concepts and framework of the new submission processes in the online portal, and the protocols that entail it for compliance in all fields across the disciplines of Architecture (Arch), Civil and Structural (C&S), and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumping (MEP) within Singapore’s Built Environment (BE) Industry. Upon attending this course, participants from the BE sector, namely the consultants and the Building Information Modelling (BIM) operators, will be able to take on the new processes and protocols to comply in their authority submissions upon the implementation of the CORENET X by BCA in end 2023.
