2. Identify areas to improve the sustainability performance of their products and services.

What You'll Learn
Businesses must continuously innovate to thrive in today’s fast-paced world. Additionally, with increasing societal pressure to act more responsibly and adopt sustainable practices, they must simultaneously strive to reduce the negative environmental impact of their innovative products and services. Business leaders can achieve both objectives by designing their innovations for sustainability, but many lack the know-how to get started.
This one-day interactive course empowers business leaders and innovators to start designing their innovations for sustainability by first equipping them with the latest knowledge, insights, and developments in core sustainability concepts and trends. Participants will also learn to critically evaluate and improve their proposed innovations' sustainability performance. They will learn various frameworks, techniques, and tools to minimize the carbon footprint of their proposed innovations and enable them to participate in the Circular Economy.
By the end of this course, participants will gain the necessary know-how to lead their teams to design their future innovations for sustainability, communicate their design decisions and outcomes effectively, and achieve their sustainability goals.
