About This Course
Learners will be able to:
• Implement problem identification techniques to recognise issues within work area
• Identify decisions to be made to solve problems
• Suggest potential corrective actions to solve problems
• Conduct work area experiments to test potential solutions
• Report any issues which occur during solution testing to other stakeholders
• Collect information to monitor implementation of potential solutions against impact criteria
What You'll Learn
This course enables learners to implement guidelines and procedures to identify problems and conceptualise solutions using technology as an enabler. Learners will also create a capstone project based on a real-life problem or an opportunity in the organisation or business. Develop a solution to solve the problem or a plan to capture the opportunity for presentation.
Entry Requirements
Minimum Age: 21
Academic Level: At least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes including English Language with C6 pass or Higher Nitec or Equivalent
Language Proficiency:
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 6.
