About This Course
This course introduces participants to the essential roles, responsibilities, and practice settings of healthcare professionals in Singapore. Participants will gain an understanding of how different professionals contribute to patient care, from doctors and nurses to allied health staff and the emerging support care workforce. The course also examines practice models—multi‑disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary—highlighting how collaboration across professions enhances healthcare delivery.
