About This Course
Empowering our drivers on understanding why Stress and fatigue and general health is important in building or improving the work quality and safety of professional driving.
At the end of the session, the learners will be able to recognise and identify the causal relationship between stress and fatigue in executing driving tasks and ultimately perform some level of theory application of strategies to mitigate and manage the state of fatigue to drive safely.

1: Risks of Driving in Stressed and Fatigued State.
Recognise the factors that contribute to stress and fatigue while driving
Identifying potential risks and threat to personal health and safety when driving in the state of fatigue.
2: Stress and Fatigue Risk Management.
Manage fatigue by taking necessary precautions to ensure one’s vigilance and alertness while executing work tasks and activities.
3: Guidelines and assistance available to manage stress and fatigue
Identifying guidelines and help from external resources to manage stress and fatigue.

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course, applicants must meet the following requirement:
Possesses a Valid Driving Licence of class 3 or 3A, 3C or 3CA, 2 , 2B, 2A.
Read and speak Basic English.
