About This Course
This two-day course provides an understanding of the strategic importance of effective Vendor Management to your organisation. It will cover the growing importance of vendor relationships in terms of innovation, risk management and competitive advantage. The course also covers the overall vendor performance management process and will provide a practical approach on maintaining strong vendor performance focusing on the measures and performance criteria. You will learn how to develop and set agreement for appropriate and realistic performance targets. You will also learn how to evaluate and address vendor performance issues.
