Generative Design for Additive Manufacturing for Managers
About This Course
Across all industries, Innovation is often what separates thriving companies from those that struggle to compete and there are growing pressures and demand for customized products and services. Attempts to satisfy this demand have strained traditional manufacturing methods and has led to increased production costs and extended timelines. Generative design is a new design exploration tool that simultaneously generates multiple solutions based on real-world design goals, product performance requirements, and manufacturing constraints. Generative design methods can help businesses simplify their design process, accelerate their design pipeline, moving into production, and to market, faster while also reducing costs. This programme demystifies the complexities of the new design processes, the emerging manufacturing technology and provides you with practical skills to foster and promote the innovative mindset in the teams that participants manage.
