About This Course
The 5-day (40 hours) overseas experiential learning journey in Switzerland is designed to bring together senior leaders, business owners, educators, and policymakers. Switzerland is the leader in workplace learning implementation. Participants will visit exemplary organizations abroad to explore and understand the world-class workplace learning practices. The primary goal is to deepen understanding and appreciation for the workplace learning culture inherent in these organizations. Through immersion in vibrant discussions and exchanges with industry leaders and change-makers, delegates will acquire valuable insights into fostering a robust and enduring learning mindset within the workforce.
