About This Course
婴幼儿的个性与行为特点会在早期成长的过程中逐渐被养成。了解婴幼儿身心成长与发展的阶段与特点、社会和文化对婴幼儿成长的影响，还包括指导和适应教学的能力，应用理解发展阶段的学习实践，以及成人在婴幼儿成长过程中所扮演的重要角色，将有助于婴幼儿教育工作者为婴幼儿营造一个有益于婴幼儿生活和学习的环境。

本单元使学员具备如下技能：
理解并掌握婴幼儿的发展理论
理解并掌握正确不同领域的婴幼儿成长与发展
理解并掌握婴幼儿不同领域的期望里程碑（发展阶段），关于发展与学习（出生到 8 岁）典型和非典型差异的优势观点
了解新加坡婴幼儿发展相关的课程框架
学习目标
应用婴幼儿发展理论与理解，支持与促进每名婴幼儿的成长发展，幸福学习
了解婴幼儿年龄发育阶段的指导、实践
明确了解婴幼儿各领域和需求，掌握其不同领域的期望里程碑

Entry Requirements
Local Qualifications
• 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits, including a credit at least C6 in CL1* OR
• 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits and Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives*
Foreign Qualifications
• 10 years of formal education in Chinese and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects including a credit at least a C6* in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR
• 10 years of formal education not in Chinese and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects and at least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR
• Degree with Chinese as medium of instruction from state recognized university+ OR
• Degree not in Chinese as the medium of instruction from state-recognized university+ and at least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives*
