What You'll Learn
In this two-day course, you will learn and appreciate the role of communications in pushing and supporting a company’s sustainability strategy. You will also learn the key considerations to be put in when coming up with a sustainability communications strategy. In addition, you will also learn that sustainability communications strategy, like any other strategy, has to start with a data-driven understanding of the target audience (stakeholders). With that intimate knowledge of the target audience and the environment that the business operates in, you would learn how to apply these insights to come up with messages and stories that resonate. You will also find out how to put together the right mix of communication channels in order to amplify your messages.
