Transformative mentorship is curated and designed for people who wants to nurture and develops the juniors to become professionals in the chosen industry. The mentor would transfer work knowledge, help their mentee with personal growth, and equip mentees with networking skills and resources to help them become more autonomous in their development.

This course will transform you to become a better mentor. There would be a segment on the introduction of mentoring; the types of mentors, the essence of mentoring; the understanding of the mentor and mentee role; inculcating a mentoring culture; and assimilating interns to the workplace culture. Mentors will also be exposed to the application of 3-Cs (Connect, Converse and Care) mentoring model to facilitate meaningful and insightful conversions through effective questions and listening technique.

The trainees in this course will understand the importance of empathy in the mentoring conversations by using the mentoring verbiage. Learners will also be trained to give feedback technique and how to set goals that both mentor and mentee agrees. Managing expectations is crucial in this mentor-mentee relationship. Learners will also learn how to drive the mentoring conversation to empower their mentees.
