Who is the copyeditor? This module is a practical introduction to the preparation of various forms of manuscripts for electronic and/or physical publication. Practical assignments and examples are designed to mimic the real-world requirements of copy-editing including error correction, ensuring accuracy, and correcting inconsistencies in fact and design. The course may also introduce learners to the elements of proofreading, stylistic editing, and structural editing.
