About This Course

儿童需要在与成人健康和安全的依恋中建立信任和自尊、社会关系和探索的自信。随着托儿中心数量的不断增长,婴幼儿是如何与不同的保教员和其他儿童形成的安全关系开始引起我们的关注。在这个单元中,学员将了解团体保育,主要保育和护理连续性的影响。学员也将探讨相关保教策略,以引导儿童建立安全联接,形成相互关怀的关系,也学会理解其他儿童。

What You'll Learn

技能说明
 当婴幼儿从一个班级升到另一班级时,我们应考虑到他的感受和情绪。
 应尽量避免婴幼常规活动和环境的变化,减少婴幼儿的压力和焦虑。
 婴儿与学步儿在同样的保教员的照顾中这将是很有利的。
 学员将了解婴幼儿过渡的准备和探索促进儿童平稳过渡的策略。

学习目标
 承认发展积极的与儿童的保教关系在优质的婴幼儿团体保育中的重要性
 了解团体保育的影响和管理策略
 充分考虑婴幼儿的个别需求,以对每个儿童提供适当的照顾
 当儿童从家中过渡到中心、及中心内的不同班级过渡时,需要对儿童保持敏感

Entry Requirements

At least Secondary 2 qualifications; OR Completed 8 years of formal education

Language Requirements:
• Attained A GCE ‘O’ level credit (C6) in CL OR HSK Level 4 & HSKK Advanced Level OR other Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives
