About This Course
This course aims to equip learners with the ability to assess and determine the washroom facilities conditions, report hazards, defects and hazard, apply advanced cleaning and perform maintenance of washroom facilities in a safe manner and is targeted at multi-skilled cleaner cum machine operator and team leader
What You'll Learn
Learners will be able to:
1. Determine operational needs and conditions of washroom facilities and report to appropriate person
2. Determine the correct cleaning tools, equipment, PPE and chemicals to remove stubborn stains in washroom facilities
3. Determine the methods to remove stubborn stains in washrooms facilities
4. Remove stubborn stains on washroom hard floor according to manufacturer’s instructions
5. Replenish consumables and update inspection card after cleaning

Entry Requirements
18 to 60 years old
Have knowledge of various cleaning chemicals used in carrying out cleaning activities
Majority below Secondary level or even without formal education
Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 2
No pre-requisite cleaning course is required
